Great Content, Terrible App. So many problems with this app, unfortunate because the content deserves to be shared. Painfully, you have to navigate this terrible app. Constantly duplicating songs in playlists and queues. The latest problem is duplicating songs within the same show when I get out of the car and come back later. Each time it doubles the number of times a song is played in order. Same song trying to play 5x because I've been in and out of the car, therefore in/out of the app.

It's not user friendly, and it's not safe while driving. It doesn't pick up where I left off. When I want to finish listening to a show later, I log in and find it wants to play the second or third song, that I've already listened to, and put every track the queue twice. I always have to find the show and remember where I left off. Finding the show isn't easy, either, as the app interface doesn't show listening history. Then to make it worse, it just stops playing whenever. This costs money?!

The issue with songs duplicating in your Queue should be resolved with the next update to our app - v3.32. You can find a list of your recent streaming history in the For You>Continue Listening section of the app.

Lately the ap freezes and just stop playing mid songs, very frustrating, have to restart the app, and find the song I was on, I've tried re installing the app several times, I love the music and the content, but it's getting really old to have to constantly re start the app after a song or two, and this is the only app that won't broadcast to my TV so the live streams can't be watched on my TV. I couldn't find a way to contact tech support or customer service, i pay alot for nugs frustrating
